Soft Skills India offers training to corporate clientele through two types of programs:
On site company specific programs tailored to meet client needs
Open seminars to which corporations may nominate small groups of their employees
Needs Assessment Soft Skills India conducts a training needs assessment exercise for all company specific programs. The assessment can range from an in-depth discussion with the training/HR manager and functional managers if a specific program has already been identified by the company, to a comprehensive needs assessment involving review of the company’s goals and plans, conduct of focus groups and surveys, meetings with management, meetings with employees at various levels, and meetings with customers as needed. Customized training programs are then developed to address issues of specific concern to the organization. All role plays, exercises, etc. are designed to allow participants to practice skills that would be most relevant and immediately useful to them and their organization.
