Soft Skills India offers training to corporate clientele through two types of programs:
Soft Skills India conducts a training needs assessment exercise for all company specific programs. The assessment can range from an in-depth discussion with the training/HR manager and functional managers if a specific program has already been identified by the company, to a comprehensive needs assessment involving review of the company’s goals and plans, conduct of focus groups and surveys, meetings with management, meetings with employees at various levels, and meetings with customers as needed.
Customized training programs are then developed to address issues of specific concern to the organization. All role plays, exercises, etc. are designed to allow participants to practice skills that would be most relevant and immediately useful to them and their organization.

These are comprehensive programs on soft skills targeted at entry level employees in the ITeS, IT and Financial Services sectors conducted over one to three weeks and would include selected topics from communication skills, presentation and business communication skills, interpersonal and team skills, personal effectiveness skills, sales and customer service skills, cross-cultural skills, and English language skills.
